我们是从这里开始的... We start from here..... 

2019年9月26日我们妈妈带领下我们开启了第一个饺子档口

We opened our 1st dumpling stall after supervised by our mum.

当时， 我们主要售卖饺子， 锅贴， 面条（干捞&汤面）
We mainly selling steam dumpling, fried gyoza, noodles (dry & soup)

偶尔我家闺女也会来客串帮忙‘鸡婆’

Sometime my daughter will come and 'kepoh'

图片中的辣椒也是老妈妈的配方， 香辣无比

The chili sauce also guide by our super old mama, yummy yummy!

妈妈白天在振林山开档口， 傍晚因为不放心我们坚持每天傍晚过来‘监督’

其实真的很累， 最后身子吃不消， 被医生警告后终于放下心， 儿女自己闯吧！

My super mum selling noodles at Gelang Patah, evening time insist to follow us to 'monitor' the stall operation.  This is really tired.  Lastly my mum get warning from doctor due to overworked and body cannot absorb the work load, so we need to be independent and manage the stall properly by our own! 

档口一直营业了将近6个月， 最终因为疫情的关系在2020年3月18号结束了。

We manage the stall until 18 March 2020.  The stall is closed after that due to the MCO 1.0

虽然结束了门市买卖， 我们也开始调整了步伐， 转攻冷冻饺子的市场。

Although we closed our retailed stall, but we also adjust our strategy and start penetrate FROZEN DUMPLING market.
